At the beginning of each month everyone, from tire technicians to managers, is encouraged vote for the most outstanding performer of the previous month. 

The criteria for “Employee of the Month” is not limited to, but should be based upon integrity, courtesy, technical expertise, punctuality, leadership, followership, professionalism, dress and appearance and plain old hard work.
